Although Jen works with watercolor and acrylic mediums, pastel remains her passion.

Yvonne is known for experimenting with her art - exploring different mediums and the malleable pigments each offers. Oil is her preferred medium.

Anna's watercolor paintings are rendered so realistically with their natural settings and weathered textures of structures, trees and mountains, that they have a photographic quality.

Nancy's artistic genre is wool, and her passion is her garden. She has combined those interests into wool felted paintings, mostly of flowers and occasional land or waterscapes.

Tina became "hooked" on silversmithing after taking private lessons from a silver artist in Florida, and has been creating exquisite pieces of jewelry since.

Anna has managed to be meticulously convincing about the simplest of appearances and persuasive about the unforeseen forces animating nature. Her paintings are an homage to the changing landscape around us and a concern for its preservation. So meticulous in fact that her watercolors often have a photographic quality.

Steven works with many mediums such as pencil, acrylic, watercolor, and oil. His predominate medium is oil, and he seems to favor wood panels as his canvas of choice. His landscapes and other works often document scenes from the rivers, lakes, and countryside he frequents, and portray the isolation and solitude of nature, while at the same time welcoming the viewer into it.

Bonnie's work is an evolution from decorative painting to the freedom of flow of "play" with form and color.
Bonnie also creates jewelry, both beaded and metal work.

Tanya's artistic genre is bead-weaving, brought about by the acquisition of a single strand of beads. She creates earrings and bracelets as the focus of her work, but is acquiring an interest in sculptural shapes, and abstract pieces. Tanya also works with metals, paper, and leather.

David Crosby spent his career in education. After, he ventured into whatever artistic adventure or opportunity presented itself! Sculpted wooden bowls found their way into shows and galleries in the East. Painting, quilling, and sculpting followed. Some of his quilted pieces and his bowls are on display here.
A worsening tremor led to his ink work; the lines he renders in his work represent life and living, his abstract paintings convey those lines. He is a published author, quilter & sculptor.

Jim's pastels are brilliant with color, spotlighting both the wonder and serenity of the world around us. He got started in pastels after taking an introductory course form Becky Harblin several years ago. He says he loves the tranquil atmospheric nuances you can achieve with chalk on paper. He has developed his art since then and portrays his natural love of the medium in many landscapes.
James' work encompasses the Adirondack woods & waters to the mountain vistas in Wyoming & Montana.

Shane grew up on a bison ranch in Potsdam, NY. He began his art journey about ten years ago after a head injury sparked his creativity. He chose wood burning. As his artwork progressed, he experimented with different methods of adding color to his wood burned pieces. He finally discovered that using ink pens was the best way to achieve the vibrant colors he was looking for.
Most of his work is inspired by the natural landscapes and wildlife of the North Country and the Adirondack Park.

Carol Backus grew up in Hannawa Falls, NY, moved to Waddington and together with her husband raised their family there. They moved to Cincinnati, Ohio and it was there that Carol found her artistic calling! She began her love of oil painting by taking a single oil painting class!
She enjoys working from nature, but can paint any subject that draws her in. She has had her work displayed in a number of shows in Ohio and NY and has sold many works locally and online.
She also enjoys quilting!
